Dodge Viper SRT10 ACR laps 'Ring in record 7:22.1

We're not terribly surprised that the Dodge Viper ACR has apparently made it around the famed German racing circuit faster than pretty much anything else you'll find on a dealer's lot. After all, the ACR is a race car, as evidenced by the video that Motor Trend has posted. The most venomous Viper has done the deed in 7:22, fast enough to make grown men cry. this result is FIA World Touring Car Championship (WTCC) driver Tom Coronel, who pilots a Leon TFSi for SEAT Team Holland. On his fourth attempt, he established an amazing 7:22.1 (first two laps-a 7:42 and a 7:35 and third 7:24). Well the rev limiter works, now to install those stiffer motor and trans mounts so the shifter nob doesn't vibrate off.

i love how whenever i come onto a video that shows a car that beats the GTR there is always someone in there that is still saying that the GTR is faster. for the last time no it isn't. if you did research you would know that and wouldn't look like a complete dumbass

its stops him changing gear and wasting time. he hittin the rev limiter when he changes gear because he is keepin his foot flat to the floor whilst puttin da cluctch in to change gear

"since when is the precise external dimensions of an engine is a factor?"-ever simce there has been limited space in every vehicles engine bay. viper V10 weighs a little over 500lbs, GTR 3.8 weighs a little over 600lbs-anything else dumbass?
