He's getting drunker and gayer as the interview goes on...At least he's honest in his interviews and there's no contrivance. I also like how he's decisive, and short with his answers.

Funny interview. I love the way Bragg tries to imply his work is empty and meaningless. He baits Bacon very well.

I think he's rather trying to find out about some "meaning" that just isn't there and if it would, it would maybe be "empty". (I'm just watching this again and I've read your comment and I thought that you're wrong...)

yeah hes just goading him to say things. i think he gets bacon and loves his work. hes just trying to go deeper than some superficial interview. and get bacon to say something profound. as drunk as he is

Bragg is trollied here and only just able to get the questions out - Bacon can handle his booze and is able to construct some fairly decent responses. Genius.
