He is not gay. it is just guys from different countries and cultures are metro sexual. unlike guys in the US, guys in the Arab world (especially the levantine areas) and Europe dress up, talk, walk and sing differently than guys in the States. they basically don't try too hard to look masculine. they look sexy without the exaggerated deep voice, clothes and walk, which looks fake and nasty.
