Barefoot in the Park
BackThis is a scene I performed in from the Neil Simon play "Barefoot in the Park". The main cast consists of me and my girlfriend Shannon with a cameo appearance by Mike Guertin (another member of the workshop). This performance was produced at the Mortimer Dramatic Arts Workshop. In this scene, newlywed Corie Bratter (Shannon) has just arrived at her new apartment, on the fifth floor. She is then visited by the phone man (Me) who is quite exhausted from the horrible 5 flight climb. He is there to install her new phone. At this theatre group, we mostly perform short excerpts from plays. They are then filmed and edited into a final product to be aired on a small cable network. I figured I'd put a few of them up on my channel from time to time so they can be seen by more people and you guys can see more of my acting abilities. The theatre group was founded and is run by Charles G. Mortimer, he was a HUGE producer for NBC in his day. The telephone guy is usually played by a much older guy so it was weird for me, but the two of you have got some serious skills though.

Thank you very much though. But yeah, most of the videos from this group that I upload will be me (a young guy) playing someone much older, just because of the selection of work there is.

You spelled it "corey" In the play it is written in as "corie" just thought you should know.
