I like to wrap mine in foil after I removed it from the grill.I let them sit for the 5 minutes.The juices flow out because it's still cooking and seasons the meat even more right before eating.

great video, just not sure after the grill is preheated to 500 what temp does he mean by Medium -high. I when to the website and stil not clear..

Forget the marinade. The rest of the cooking tips were great! . . oh, but forget the wine and substitute a dark ale!

he was only marinading the less than choice grade meats, which is a good idea if you want it to be tender...

Did he spray the grill with that non-stick stuff. Isnt that dangerous on a active grill? Could have blown himself up

He used a non-aerosol oil sprayer. You pump it your-self and they are designed for gilling.
