BackI was looking through my old tapes yesterday and came across some "classic" video segments I wrote and produced for the emmy award winning show "Internet Tonight." Now through the magic of the internet we can see them all over again for the very first time. Here is one of my first segments about a man named Steve Corbett who spent his free time helping people find their lost wedding rings in the surf. shot in beautiful Maui Hawaii. Hosted by Scott Herriot and Michaela Piererra.The kid on the beach is my nephew who is now 6 feet Interent Tonight X-games 200 segment shot in San Francisco CA. featuring: Lugestein, Gwen Stafani, No Dought, Man show hosts, Jimmy Kimmel and Adam Carolla, Andy Dick, Jenny from Survivor, street luge, espn, skateboarding, bmx, waterskiing, mountain climbing, street uger dennis durant, travis pastrama motorcorss champion, yahoo sky surfing team gold medalist brian rogers and stevek Klaus, street luger beatle jarvis. nternet Tonight (1998 - October 1, 2001[1]) was a television program on the cable network ZDTV (later known as TechTV, now known as G4). The show combined the "effervescent moxie" of Michaela Pereira with the "dry wit" of Scott Herriott, to bring the viewers the latest in Internet trends, humor, and news.[2] Due to the production value it was called the "absolute slickest show [TechTV] had" but was canceled when "Paul [Allen] took a dislike to the show ... and just killed it"[3] A daily, half-hour show, it was on the launch schedule for ZDTV[4][5], and strove to be "the show of record about the Net."[2] Segments included Strange Sites, Incredibly Useful Sites, and Home Sweet Homepage. Thanks for uploading this. If you've got any segments featuring "The Surf Guru" that would be awesome.
For the life of me I can not find a single clip of his segments on this show and he was one of my favorite characters on ZDTV.

Yeah, I remember seeing him in a couple TV commercials a few years ago.
I think the two Guru episodes I remember most were the one where someone sent him a little robot (or "Ro-but") or something... I forget what it was about.
The other one was "Oral Brevity Codes": "10-4 good buddy! I'm in the Who-Ha region..." or something like that. I remember it was hilarious, though. I'll post a link if I find any Surf Guru videos.

I didn't realize until after I commented the other day that you actually worked on the show (if I read that correctly).
