I shouldn't admit this , but there's one line which is very true: "A Woman fired is a penny saved". Yup. whenever you fire a woman, she's they forced to take all of her banners with her, and suddenly, there's a much better environment, without their harassing literature, and Feminized posters, all over the office walls.
