Wrong place - nobody died at the place we were staying and it was not a hotel.

my mom was busy rescuing people from the beaches tht day i didnt noe wat was happening untill the day my dad brought me to this place were they had pictures of theese dead people tht washed up from the sea i was so scared and sad..my best friend lost her mom it was so sad

Yeah, thats right. Didn't see the first two, we were sleeping and woke up to hear people shouting after the two small ones. Then this beast came along. Sounds like you were there too - where were you?
